DACS Routing Settings

These settings are no longer HLA-speciﬁc, as in Telestra/RMS release 2.0.

Routing: DACS Host IP Address

This is the IP address of the host computer associated with a DACS system. Contact

your network administrator for more information.

Routing: DACS Terrain Server IP Address

This is the IP address of the server that supplies terrain data to a DACS system. This

may or may not be different than the DACS host computer IP. Contact your network

administrator for more information.

Routing: DACS Tactical Data Link Server IP Address

This is the IP address of the server that supplies tactical data link information to this

DACS system. This may or may not be different than the DACS host computer IP.

Contact your network administrator for more information.

For detailed information about conﬁguring a host computer send commands to, and receive com-

mands from, a DACS via Telestra, please refer to ASTi Application Note #44: “Host Control via

Telestra”.

For detailed information regarding the exchanging of path loss data between a Terrain Server and
